We are currently expanding this family and open to meeting team players who are also self-sufficient, innovative, creative and motivated to take ownership of their part within the service of A Line Within.
Those who serve at A Line Within embody our message and work and is flexible with the duties and tasks within the role, open to shifts and changes that naturally come.
Most importantly, the soul in this role is answering a call to service. All those who work for A Line Within are here for the message. They are not here for the company, Ashley, Ben or themselves - this is a call of service in sharing the message of love and homecoming with as many people as possible.

Marketing Assistant + Community Heart Connection
The A Line Within Marketing Assistant + Community Heart Connection is just this: sharing the message, while feeling and being within the heart of our community. This work go hand in hand. Without the work, there is no community. Without the community, there is no A Line Within. The soul in this position is the bridge between both - supporting Ashley in sharing the message with as many people as possible, on behalf of A Line Within, as well as having two feet planted within the community, an open heart and wide eyes - feeling, seeing, knowing the energy. For this is energy that is woven into the marketing communications (newsletter, social media) of the work Ashley is teaching.
The soul in this position will create regular social media content (Instagram grid posts, reels, stories) and marketing emails to share Ashley’s, teachings promote our workshops and trainings, advertise our readers, and invite people into our GUIDED Membership.
The soul in this position will also connect with our community via Telegram and Facebook, reply to emails, host Ashley’s Satsangs as well as other communications that are needed.

Carrier of Operations
The A Line Within Carrier of Operations has solid, earth energy while working behind the scenes supporting the daily functionings and flow of the company.
This soul is a self-starter, exceptionally efficient, adaptable and highly intuitive towards the needs of the company as they will be taking the lead on a range of operational and administrative tasks (website management, scheduling podcasts, workshop and event assistance). This soul will also take initiative in sharing how their gifts can further support Ashley, Ben and the growth of A Line Within.
