How to Consciously Release Ego Resistance

  • Allow yourself to fully release emotions without suppression or avoidance. This involves acknowledging and sitting with uncomfortable feelings, rather than numbing or distracting yourself from them.

  • Ego attachments and wounds are not inherent to your identity, but burdens that can be released. Release your attachment to them and allow yourself to move through patterns with love and grace.

  • You can use your breath to release identity filters and identify where in your body you’re holding resistance—both of which influence the frequency you embody.

The breathwork and chanting allowed me to go deep inside of myself and release a lot of shadows intuitively, without having to know what it was specifically I was releasing or why I was releasing it.
