Sales & Refunds

  • If you would like to give one of our workshops or a GUIDED membership as a gift (a great idea!), please contact support@alnwithin.com

  • All workshops are final sale. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

    Workshops cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased. Any refund requests related to user error (not reading the workshop description or sales and refund policy), or simply not wanting the workshop / membership anymore does not warrant a refund.

Your Account

  • You can change this information in your account settings.

    After logging in, click on your avatar at the top right corner of the page (or the menu icon if you're on mobile) and select Settings from the dropdown.

    Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.

    Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.

    Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.

    Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes.

  • You can change this information in your account settings.

  • You are not permitted to share your login information or allow anyone but yourself to access your purchased material. If it is discovered that you are sharing access with anyone, your account will be immediately terminated and you will lose access without a refund.

GUIDED Memberships

  • The credit card you used to purchase your membership will be charged on your billing date.

    For the GUIDED Month-to-Month membership and the GUIDED 12-month term membership, you will be charged every month on the day you made your purchase. For example, if you purchased your membership on January 1, your billing date will be the first of every month.

    For the GUIDED Yearly Payment membership, you will be charged once a year on the day you made your purchase. For example, if you purchased your membership on January 1, 2025, your billing date will be January 1 every year for as long as your membership is active.

  • Yes, all our GUIDED memberships will automatically renew on your billing date.

  • We understand there may be times where you wish to pause your membership.

    If you have purchased a GUIDED 12-month term membership and wish to pause your membership during your term, you may do so for up to a maximum of 3 months.

    You may only pause your membership once during a 12-month membership cycle. Please email support@alnwithin.com to initiate this process.

  • We offer three different GUIDED memberships. The “GUIDED month-to-month membership” is billed at $75/month and you have the option to cancel at any time. To cancel, please email us at support@alnwithin.com.

    The “GUIDED Yearly Payment” is a 12-month commitment at the annual rate of $625/year. Your membership will be automatically renewed one year from the date of purchase. You will be notified by email before your renewal charge is processed and have the option to cancel before your renewal date.

    The “GUIDED 12-month membership” is a 12-month commitment at the reduced rate of $55/month. Once you have completed your 12-month term, you will continue to be billed at $55/month for as long as your membership is active. After you have completed your 12-month term, you can cancel anytime. If you want to cancel your membership before you have completed your 12-month term, you have two options:

    Option #1

    Within 72 hours of purchasing your GUIDED membership you may cancel for a one-time fee of $55. After we have received your cancelation fee, you will no longer incur monthly membership charges and your access will be immediately revoked.

    To initiate the cancelation process, please email support@alnwithin.com.

    In order to be considered eligible for this option, we must receive your email within 72 hours of your membership purchase.

    Do not contact us via Instagram for cancelations. Messages sent there will not be considered when reviewing eligibility for Option #1.

    Option #2

    If more than 72 hours have passed since purchasing your GUIDED membership and you wish to cancel your membership, you can buy out the remainder of your membership contract.

    To initiate the cancelation process, please email support@alnwithin.com.

    Once we have received payment for your contract buy-out, you will no longer incur monthly charges and your access will be immediately revoked.

    Please note: No refunds will be provided on any of our GUIDED memberships.
