The Morning Practice

Join Lindsey for a shared morning practice devoted to sound, sensation, and presence. Open the day by settling the nervous system, attuning to the body through sound frequency, and allowing awareness to gently expand. This is a space to arrive, to feel, and to begin the day rooted in peace rather than urgency.

Through guided sound, somatic awareness, and quiet integration, we rise into clearer states of consciousness not by effort, but by listening. We close by sitting together in shared presence, carrying this steadiness into the day ahead.

Lindsey is a 200-hour RYS–certified yoga teacher, Integrative Health Coach, and professional hairdresser with over 30 years of experience. Her work is informed by a committed Vedic Meditation practice begun in 2017 and guided by a somatic approach rooted in felt experience and embodied presence. She teaches in a way that honours intuition, lived wisdom, and the intelligence of the body.
