You can begin your journey with us by watching this video to learn how to do the Line Activation. This is our core spiritual practice at A Line Within. It awakens the Sushumna Nadi (the central channel of light that is the Line within) and gently prepares the body for Kundalini awakening while balancing the feminine (Ida) and masculine (Pingala) energies. Practiced daily, it aligns and strengthens your entire being. The Line Activation is woven into all of our workshops.
