What is the Line Activation?

The Line Activation is a simple daily practice of movement and breath that regulates the nervous system, rebuilds body awareness, and supports grounded spiritual awakening.

How did Ashley discover the Line Activation?

It was given to her in 2018, during her first and only Kundalini Yoga class. A few minutes into Breath of Fire, her body began to move on its own. In that moment, she heard clearly:

“This is the Line Activation. This is what you will teach.”

This practice is not about effort or force. It is about listening to the body and allowing movement to arise naturally.

What does the Line Activation do?

The Line Activation gently prepares the body and nervous system for deeper awareness and spiritual awakening. Rather than pushing energy upward, it builds safety, balance, and stability first.

Consistency is the most important part. When practiced daily, the effects build gradually and sustainably over time.


What Is “The Line?”

The Line refers to the body’s central channel along the spine. In yogic science, this pathway supports the natural flow of life force and awareness through the body.

You can think of it as your internal axis, the place where the body feels aligned, present, and whole.

The Line exists within everyone. It does not need to be forced open. It opens when the body is ready.
