About Shaelene

Shaelene is a certified Mat Pilates instructor with a 114-hour training completed through Wellness Within in Edmonton. Her teaching focuses on strength, stability, and alignment, with an emphasis on building functional strength that supports the body in everyday movement. Alongside classical Pilates principles, she weaves in subtle elements of dance to support body awareness, coordination, and intuitive expression. Her approach supports resilience, posture, and long-term physical well-being.
