Sales & Refunds

  • If you would like to gift a GUIDED membership, please contact support@alnwithin.com.

  • All sales are final.

    GUIDED memberships, workshops, and Akashic Records Readings through A Line Within are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including cases of user error, change of mind, or not reviewing the offering details prior to purchase.

Your Account

  • You can change this information in your account settings.

    After logging in, click on your avatar at the top right corner of the page (or the menu icon if you're on mobile) and select Settings from the dropdown.

    Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.

    Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.

    Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.

    Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes.

  • You can change this information in your account settings.

    After logging in, click on your avatar at the top right corner of the page (or the menu icon if you're on mobile) and select Settings from the dropdown.

  • You are not permitted to share your login information or allow anyone but yourself to access your purchased material. If it is discovered that you are sharing access with anyone, your account will be immediately terminated and you will lose access without a refund.

GUIDED Memberships

  • Month-to-Month GUIDED Membership: Billed monthly at $75

    Yearly GUIDED Membership (Paid Annually): Billed once per year at $625

    Annual GUIDED Membership (Paid Monthly): Billed monthly at $55 for the initial 12-month commitment, then continues monthly at $55

  • The credit card used to purchase your membership will be charged on your billing date.

    For the GUIDED Month-to-Month membership and the GUIDED 12-Month Term membership, you will be charged each month on the date you made your purchase. For example, if you purchased your membership on January 1, your billing date will be the first of every month.

    For the GUIDED Yearly Payment membership, you will be charged once per year on the date you made your purchase. For example, if you purchased your membership on January 1, 2025, your billing date will be January 1 each year for as long as your membership remains active.

  • Month-to-Month GUIDED Membership: Yes. Renews monthly until canceled

    Yearly GUIDED Membership (Paid Annually): Yes. Renews annually unless canceled before the renewal date

    Annual GUIDED Membership (Paid Monthly): Yes. Continues monthly after the initial 12-month term unless canceled

  • Cancellation Policy: If you are a GUIDED member in a 12-month membership and wish to cancel early, you have two options:

    Option 1: Cancel Within 72 Hours

    • Cancel within 72 hours of purchase for a one-time $55 fee

    • Access will be revoked immediately

    • Email support@alnwithin.com to request cancellation


    Requests must be received within 72 hours.

    Requests to cancel via Instagram or any other channel will not be approved. 

    Option 2: Contract Buy-Out

    • If more than 72 hours have passed, you may buy out the remaining balance of your 12-month commitment

    • Once paid, billing will stop and access will be revoked

    • Email support@alnwithin.com to initiate the process

    If you are a GUIDED member in a month-to-month membership, you may cancel any time. To cancel, email support@alnwithin.com

  • No. Billing remains consistent unless cancellation is chosen — please see above for our cancellation policy. 

  • All sales are final.

  • GUIDED memberships, workshop purchases, and account access are licensed for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or access with any other person, including a spouse or partner, is strictly prohibited. Each individual must purchase their own membership to access the content.
